Return and Exchange Policy



For the holiday season, we are accepting returns purchased in November and December, until the end of January. For further information, check our our Holiday Shopping Guide.


Please note:

  • We will accept returns on any pair of new, unworn shoes returned in the original box within 30 days of your original purchase date except holiday times as and when updated in the website.
  • Regularly priced or sale item(s) are eligible.Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • An $8 charge will apply for any item returned with a damaged or missing shoe box.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Pre-paid labels are not available for international orders, also exchange shipping for international orders will not be covered.

Exchanges:

Would you like to exchange your item for a different style, color or size? No problem!

Option 1 - Traditional exchange. We will send you the replacement pair after we receive your original item:

  • Request a $9.99 pre-paid label by emailing us at service@clogoutlet.com. You will receive the label from UPS by email within 24 hours. Please note that the $9.99 pre-paid label covers up to 2 pairs. If more than 2 pairs are sent back using our pre-paid label, there will be an additional fee of $5 per pair. We kindly ask that you include a check or money order along with the Return Authorization.
  • Please indicate your exchange request on the return form that will be emailed along with your shipping label.
  • Follow the directions in the UPS email to print the return label and ship your item back to us.

Once we receive your shoes, we will process your exchange and notify you of the new shipment via email.

Option 2 - Want to receive your exchange faster? Cross-ship a new order, here's how:

  • Place a new order for the new item online; or contact us at 877-655-4477 and we will gladly take your order by phone.
  • Request a $9.99 pre-paid return label by emailing us at service@clogoutlet.com. You will receive the label from UPS by email within 24 hours. ($9.99 only covers up to 2 pairs).

When we receive your original order, we'll issue full credit for the original purchase.

Need a Refund?

You may request a $9.99 pre-paid UPS return label by emailing us at service@clogoutlet.com. Please note that the $9.99 pre-paid label covers up to 2 pairs. If more than 2 pairs are sent back using our pre-paid label, there will be an additional fee of $5 per pair. We kindly ask that you include a check or money order along with the Return Authorization. If check or money order not included, your refund will be applied minus the fee. You are also welcome to ship your order back to us using your carrier of choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We recommend obtaining tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for inbound shipments lost in transit.

Email us at service@clogoutlet.com and we will be happy to email you a return form within 24 hours. Please indicate that you would like a refund and include the form with the shoes along with the original packing materials. Mail to:
