All returns require pre-approval by The Clog Outlet. Please use our online form to obtain a Return Authorization number. The Clog Outlet will accept requests for returns or exchanges on any pair of new, unworn shoes returned in the original box within 30 days.

After requesting a Return Authorization by using the online form , you will receive an RMA number by email. Write down the number on the outside of the box and ship it back to us at the address below:

You are welcome to ship your order using your carrier of choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS.) We recommend obtaining tracking information as we are not responsible for inbound shipments lost in transit. Once we check-in your returned item(s), you will obtain an email notification from us.
If you requested an exchange, an email will be sent to you as soon as we ship your new item (usually within 2 business days). We will pay for shipping to you (limit 1 exchange per order.) If there is a price difference between the item you are returning and the item requested, you will get a refund or we will contact you by email to collect the difference.
If you requested a refund, you will receive a second email within 5-7 business days to let you know that your refund has been completed.
Original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that an $8 charge will apply for any item returned with a damaged or missing shoe box.
