Lovely shoe marred by major defects November 23, 2012

These are potentially classy high-heeled clogs and comfortable. However, while they are listed as seconds, the puckering of the leather right across the top of both shoes seems much more major to me--and quite disappointing, as it is  such an obvious and major defect and in both shoes.  First rwal disappointment I have had with Clog Outlet.
