I couldn't figure out what caused this to be a second, but I returned it solely for the color problems.
By the description and picture, this looks like a warm chestnut brown brocade. Rather the fabric is a cool burgundy color with little brown to my eyes.
If felt comfortable when I tried the right shoe on, but it wouldn't fit my wardrobe or colors, so back they went.
So far, the return process has been fairly painless. My exchanges are shipping soon. :)
