Received my shoes one was smaller than the other. I called customer service I was told the paper work would be shipped to me and they were also emailing the information. I waited I week called back and was told I had to print my email. I have no printer. I just want my shoes I'm still waiting because every time Ive called customer service I'm told the invoice has been sent to my email but I don't receive it. Please fix this for me. I just want my shoes without all this hassle. I don't understand why my replacement pair hasn't been sent.
