RETURN POLICY
  • 30 Day Returns
  • Print Return Labels anytime ($9.95 will be deducted from your refund for the first pair, and an additional $5 per pair after that) or simply ship it back yourself to get a complete refund. We constantly strive to bring you the lowest prices and shipping costs so unfortunately we have to charge for returns. 

 IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase date. Holiday periods (11/1 - 1/1), this period is extended to 60 days
  • Items should be unworn and include all original tags
  • All packaging including the original box should be included
  • You'll have the option to print a prepaid return-shipping label (not available on items marked FINAL SALE) or ship the item(s) yourself
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any shipping fees you may have paid on your order
  • Credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company
  • **Please note that if you used a discount on an order, and by returning part of the order you fall below the required threshold to qualify for that discount, we will adjust you refund accordingly - Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this**

Additional FAQ

Will I be refunded for shipping charges? 

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping fees like expedited shipping added to your original order.

Why haven't I seen my refund applied to my credit card? 
While we may have received your item and processed your refund, credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.

How do I return an item that is defective or different from what I ordered?
